Musicians Miguel, Adam Levine, and Carrie Underwood paid tribute to the late George Michael at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2023. George Michael, who passed away in 2016, was posthumously inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside other artists such as Sheryl Crow, Missy Elliott, Rage Against the Machine, Willie Nelson, Kate Bush, and The Spinners.

Miguel took the stage to perform “Careless Whisper” in honor of the iconic singer. Following him, Adam Levine delivered his interpretation of “Faith.” Carrie Underwood reportedly also performed her version of “One More Try.”
George Michael was inducted into the Hall of Fame by his childhood friend and Wham! bandmate, Andrew Ridgeley. Ridgeley expressed the significance of their friendship and the achievements of Wham!, stating, “Wham! Was the realization of everything I had ever aspired to, and the realization for George that stretching before him along a gilded and infinite path lay his destiny.“
George Michael’s family expressed gratitude to The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and everyone who voted to induct him.
