Although Demi Lovato has changed her pronouns to better represent her current feelings, she continues to identify as nonbinary. Lovato mentioned that she has changed her pronouns to she/her at this moment during an interview with the Spout podcast.
She noted that she’s currently using she/her pronouns because “recently I’ve been feeling more feminine.”
Lovato also discussed how many people are still getting used to asking for and using someone’s chosen pronouns. She mentioned:
“I think what’s important is, like, nobody’s perfect. Everyone messes up pronouns at some point, and especially when people are learning, it’s just all about respect.”
