Nao Yoshioka Drops ‘Tokyo 2020’

Neo soul artist Nao Yoshioka drops her new single “Tokyo 2020” roused by her life in Tokyo during the pandemic. Nao’s colorful heartfelt vocal work radiates through with lovely strings, making a midtempo tune that joins the nostalgic climate of the 70’s with an advanced R&B sound.

“In the midst of this helplessness, I thought about the plight of so many people just like myself and wondered if I could somehow sublimate the situation into music, and ‘Tokyo 2020’ is the result.”, says Nao.

Nao is born in Osaka, Japan, moderate soul vocalist Nao Yoshioka, joins a strong voice and New York-style of conveyance to make a cutting edge sound still well established throughout the entire existence of soul.
