Abba Tribute Concert Promotion Halted Due To Tragic Accident Killing Two

Unfortunately, this past week a horrific accident took place during a tribute concert held in Sweden that was paying tribute to the legendary Swedish band ABBA. 

During the show an eighty-year-old fell into the foyer of the building and hit two other attendees, killing a sixty-year-old person and injuring another. The person who fell also passed away. 

More than a thousand fans had gathered to watch the show at Uppsala Konsert & Kongress. 

The police department released a statement saying that “currently have no reason to believe that a crime has been committed in connection with the man’s fall”.

Two of the band members – Björn Ulveaus and Benny Andersson, posted on Twitter that their concert had been canceled in light of  the “terrible event”
