Mirror Palais To Open Their Very-First Pop-Up in New York City on Oct. 22

Mirror Palais is opening their first-ever intimate pop-up gallery concept at 27 Orchard Street in New York City from Oct. 22 until Nov. 7.

The New York-based label founded by Queens-born Marcelo Gaia in 2019, celebrates the female form, designing “dream-come-true” garments for all body shapes and sizes. Mirror Palais also aims to minimize waste and excess supply, being as sustainable as possible, while popularizing ‘90s-inspired clothing with sexy silhouettes and bright prints for the bold woman. The brand has been seen on celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Rodrigo, Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, Emily Ratajkowski, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and more.

The brand will be offering appointments via Eventbrite for 6-8 people to enter the store at once. Clients will be able to view and shop Collection 2, which is currently sold out online, in addition to their newest swim collection and some of their vintage pieces. Moreover, the brand will be launching a brand-new campaign at the upcoming pop-up as well.

Previously an online brand, this pop-up will be the first of many in-person shopping gatherings hosted by Mirror Palais. Designer Marcelo Gaia will also be there to greet clients and help them find their dream clothing pieces, and Mirror Palais is making available custom color and size orders for VIP clients.

Always inspired by the important women in his life, Gaia wants to “build the future of self-proclaimed sexy” through his Mirror Palais designs. “I know what a New York woman looks like because I’ve been around her my whole life. I use my environment to tell my story,” he said. Mirror Palais makes clothing for every type of woman, celebrating every natural curve and accentuating sexuality. Because their designs are typically inspired by ‘90s vintage styles and prints, Mirror Palais tends to be favored by those who like to honor the past in the present. “That’s a very specific type of person who is a bit nostalgic and playful,” he said.
