On July 26, Britney’s new lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, officially filed to remove her father, Jamie Spears, as conservator. “Any father who genuinely loves his daughter and has her best interests at heart should willingly step aside in favor of the highly respected professional fiduciary nominated here,” Rosengart said.
On Thursday, The iconic Pop stars’ father announced that he will step down in conservatorship battle. The reason of his decision is the “public battle with his daughter.”
The petition was strongly supported by Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears, who is really pleased with Jamie’s decision to step down with Britney’s conservatorship. Britney has been given more freedom and got an iPad for the first time.
