Lorde ‘s debut album, Pure Heroine, marks its tenth anniversary on September 27, and to celebrate this milestone, the pop sensation has unveiled a series of surprises for her fans.
First and foremost, Lorde has launched a brand new merchandise collection in honor of the album’s remarkable decade-long journey. Among the standout pieces is a shirt that cleverly mimics the iconic DARE logo, replacing it with the words “PURE” and “Heroine” underneath. The back of this shirt boldly proclaims “10 Years Clean.”

Another striking addition to the merchandise lineup is a long-sleeved top featuring a CD image of the Pure Heroine album. It even appears to include a “With thanks to” dedication in tiny print on the back. Both of these special anniversary pieces are available for pre-order on Lorde’s official website and are set to ship out on December 1.
In addition to the exclusive merchandise, Lorde has treated her fans to a special issue of her newsletter. In this heartfelt message, she shared some never-before-seen photos of herself from her sixteenth year and the era when Pure Heroine was born.

As part of her message, Lorde reflected on her journey, offering words of inspiration to aspiring artists and creatives: “Going back through all of this has reminded me of something that feels important to point out, whether you make art or not: everything starts out as a bunch of bullsh*t in a laptop. ‘Pure Heroine’ was a handful of Photo Booth selfies and emotional Word documents and Tumblr posts (and a gorgeous over-decorated bedroom) before it was even one song. I had no reason, on paper, to believe that I was capable of anything.”
Lorde’s “Pure Heroine” album continues to resonate with fans, and this anniversary celebration is a testament to its enduring impact on music and culture.
