Radiohead has officially registered RHEUK25 LLP, a limited liability partnership that includes all five band members. This marks the first time since 2021 that the group has established such an entity, a move that previously signaled new projects such as the Kid A Mnesia reissue and A Moon Shaped Pool. The registration, filed on March 10, has sparked speculation about what might be on the horizon, whether it be a reissue, a long-awaited tenth studio album, a return to touring, or something else entirely.
Historically, the band has used business entities to organize releases and tours. In 2007, they formed Xurbia Xendless Ltd. ahead of In Rainbows. Three years later, Ticker Tape Ltd. was created in the lead-up to The King of Limbs. Dawn Chorus LLP and Dawnnchoruss Ltd. appeared in 2016 before the release of A Moon Shaped Pool, and Spin With a Grin emerged six months prior to Kid A Mnesia.
While this latest filing could be routine business housekeeping, it follows a familiar pattern seen with previous album cycles. Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood’s side project, The Smile, followed a similar approach, establishing Self Help Tapes LLP just before announcing their debut album in 2022. Historically, Radiohead has not formed new entities without an active purpose, which has led to heightened anticipation among fans.
For now, details remain elusive, and the band’s representatives have offered no comment. Over the years, members have given mixed signals about the group’s future, alternating between downplaying activity and hinting at informal gatherings that could lead to new material. Coincidentally, the band released a video this morning celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Bends, adding another layer of intrigue to what might come next.
