Midge Ure, the former frontman of new wave legends Ultravox, has unveiled plans for a comprehensive UK tour later this year. Dubbed “Catalogue: The Hits,” the trek will see Ure revisit fan favorites and deep cuts from across his lengthy career.
“Live music has always been my first love,” Ure said in a statement. “Even before I ever stepped into a recording studio, I was performing live. This tour gives me the opportunity to not only play a selection of my past hits but also revisit some of the most requested favorites. I can’t wait to share these musical moments with everyone.”
The tour boasts a prestigious stop at London’s iconic Palladium alongside dates in Bournemouth, Oxford, Cardiff, Sheffield, Birmingham, and several other locations throughout November and December. Tickets go on general sale this Friday (March 22) at 10am GMT.
