“Harry’s House” by Harry Styles has been named the 2023 Grammy Award-winning Album of the Year. Along with ABBA’s Voyage, Adele’s 30, Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti, Beyoncé’s Renaissance, Brandi Carlile’s In These Silent Days, Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres, Kendrick Lamar’s Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, Lizzo’s Special, and Mary J. Blige’s Good Morning Gorgeous, the song was nominated (Deluxe).
At the presentation tonight, Styles received nominations in six other categories. With “As It Was,” he received nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album (Harry’s House), and Best Music Video. He sang “As It Was” during the event and took home the award for Best Pop Vocal Album.
“This album, from start to finish, has been the greatest experience of my life, from making it with two of my best friends to playing it to people has been the greatest joy I could’ve asked for.”
In addition to Fine Line, the former member of One Direction released his self-titled debut solo album in 2017. Styles has released music videos for “Late Night Talking” and “Music for a Sushi Restaurant” since the release of Harry’s House. Alongside Florence Pugh, he also appeared in the Olivia Wilde-directed movie Don’t Worry Darling.
