Fans Of Uncharted Lament Tom Holland’s Film Following HBO’s Last Of Us

Uncharted fans bemoan the Tom Holland-led cinematic adaptation following The Last of Us’s successful debut. Uncharted, a Ruben Fleischer-helmed movie from 2022, is an adaptation of the same-named PlayStation video game series. 

Holland plays Nathan Drake, a teenage bartender who is hired by fortune-seeker Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to find Ferdinand Magellan’s long-lost treasure. The movie succeeded well at the box office, grossing more than $400 million globally, although some fans were disappointed that the adaption was not as true to the original as they had anticipated.

Fans of The Last of Us have voiced their displeasure with the Uncharted adaptation on social media after the series premiere received positive reviews from reviewers and viewers, as well as praise for the script, acting, and thorough reproduction of the game’s universe.
