Pink Floyd has reunited to record a song in solidarity of the people of Ukraine, including David Gilmour, Nick Mason, and long standing bass guitarist Guy Pratt.
The song, titled Hey Hey Rise Up, features Nitin Sawhney on keyboards and Andriy Khlyvnyuk of the Ukrainian band BoomBox on vocals.

On his Instagram page in February, Khlyvnyuk shared a video of himself performing The Red Viburnum At The Meadow, a World War I-era Ukrainian protest song, in Kyiv’s then-empty Sofiyskaya Square. Hey Hey Rise Up is based on that recording, which went viral.
